Finally, I managed to capture a picture of the German Ram with the blue glowing like it is in the picture.  The black stripes can fade in and out - the black stripe is in full bloom in the picture.  They like their private space as the four German Rams equally divide the tank into 4 quadrants when they rest for the night.
