Last week this site was overwhelmed by comments posted by Porn bots.  Having not paid attention, the comments here quickly filled up by Anonymous posting that gave hundreds of links to Adult websites.  This was possible because I allow Anonymous posting of comments.  Well, I have removed this previlige    The real good news is that the Blogware operators must have taken note and removed all the adult comments - Awesome guys/gals!!! 

It has only been a week and this site is already running close to 1 GB in transmission.  Most of the traffic is going to the New Orleans Travelogue.  I have been meaning to write something about the diaster as it has been on my mind.  New Orleans is one of the most unique cities in the world.  Much like Boston, New Orleans has a history dating back a few hundred years.  It has been a stomping ground of priates and later the drop off point for slaves entering North America.  It is a city that embodies the essence of Southern culture.  A note from a friend who visited New Orleans for the first time in May - visit New Orleans next year and help them get back on their feet!  You will not find Southern hospitality and culture like what New Orleans has to offer.
